My order

I have regretted my purchase – how do I return it?

If you want to return a purchase that you have made with us, then you can do so by filling out our return form here.

An employee will then contact you by email, where you can receive a return label. The value of the return label will be deducted from your return amount.

When will I receive my money back after I have returned my order?

Within 14 working days you will be able to expect to receive your money for your return. However, this depends on when we receive the package at the head office so we can process your return. The process time can therefore vary a bit.

My item is faulty or broken - what do I do?

If your product has defects or deficiencies, then you can create a complaint via our form here.

If, on the other hand, you suspect that your item has been damaged during shipment, you should file an objection to the carrier. We can help you with this if you state in the contact form that there is a transport damage. Then we will help you get in touch with the transport company.

I received a wrong item

If you have received a wrong item from us, then you can fill out our contact form, and one of our skilled employees will quickly help you find a solution.

I have not received my order

If you have unfortunately not received your order from us yet, then you can fill out our contact form, and one of our skilled employees will quickly help you find out why your order has not arrived yet. Remember to enter your order number when filling out the contact form - then we can help you faster!

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, you can not change your order after the payment is approved.

However, you can cancel your order if you make it known within 12 hours of purchase at webshop@lenebjerre.com. Then we will do our best to achieve this. NOTE. We will only be able to do so within our opening hours:

Monday - Thursday: 9:00 - 15:00

Friday: 9:00 - 13:00

Can I add one more item to my order?

Unfortunately, you can not add more items if you have completed your order, as we will process it immediately. If you want to add more products then you will need to place a new order.

Delivery

What is the delivery time?

We ship your items within 2-5 working days of your order being approved and paid. Orders over 110 GBP or 100 EUR are delivered with free shipping. For orders under this amount, a shipping charge of minimum 40 GBP or 15 EUR will be added.

Orders for furniture and other bulky goods will be delivered by a carrier on weekdays between 8.00am and 4.00pm. We will contact you to arrange a day when you can receive your goods. If you wish, on the day of delivery, the carrier can call you an hour before delivery. If you wish to arrange for the delivery to be made at a certain time, we charge a shipping charge of 65 EUR / 55 GBP. If you are not at home when the carrier arrives, you must pay for a new delivery. We deliver to private addresses, business addresses and post offices. We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes.

You will receive a notice of delivery by E-mail. NOTE: If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you will find a delivery note in your mailbox, and you must then contact our carrier to arrange collection of your package.

In the webshop, you can pay via PayPal or Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debet, MasterCard, Maestro and MasterCard Debet.

When will my order be deducted from my card balance?

Payment will be deducted from your card balance upon shipment of goods.
