Of course, you have the right to cancel your purchase with us.

How to return an item

If you wish to return an item, please send an email to webshop@lenebjerre.com with your order number and details about the item. We will then send you a return label.

Return Costs

If you use our return label, the cost will automatically be deducted from your refund – regardless of the package size.

Cost of return label: EUR 15/59DKK/99NOK/99SEK

Refund

Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will issue your refund within 14 days.

The only cost you incur when cancelling a purchase is the return shipping cost.

If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard shipping, we will only refund the cost of the cheapest available option.

Exchange of items

If you wish to exchange an item, return it as described above. Once we have received and refunded it, you can place a new order in the webshop. All orders are processed individually.
