HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM TO US
You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must incur the direct costs of the return of the item. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item.
First, contact our customer service department via e-mail to email@example.com and tell us why you want to return your item.
We can send you a return label, which you can use if you wish to return a purchase. When you use our return label, we automatically subtract the value of this return label from the value of your returns, regardless of the size of the return package.

Upon return, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item.
Note: Because we use an automatic email system to process your queries, your email may end up in your Spam folder. So, remember to check your folder a second time after you submit.
By their nature, certain items cannot be returned as a normal package. This applies to furniture, large lanterns, mirrors and large garden pots/climbs. If you wish to return one of these types of goods, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org – then we will make sure to book a pickup.
If you cancel your purchase, we will transfer the amount to your bank account within 14 days once we have received the item back and verify that it complies with the withdrawal rules. The only cost you have in a regretted purchase is the postage to send the item back to us, as well as if you have paid more than our cheapest option to have the order delivered with you.
If you wish to exchange the purchased item for another item, you must return the purchased item as described above, and we will transfer the amount to your account. The new items are then ordered on the webshop as a new order, as all orders are processed individually.
